Registration via Firstbird2Go app


You can register as a Talent Scout via our mobile app as well. 

When using the mobile app for the first time, you'll receive a short introduction about Firstbird.

To start the registration process, you can choose how to register for Firstbird: via QR code or manually.

Registering via QR code

Click the button "Scan QR code" and the app will ask you for permission to access your camera. For access click "OK" and you'll be forwarded to your camera automatically. Now you can scan the QR code you've received from your HR department.

If you don't want to give the app access to your camera, click "Don't Allow" and proceed with the manual registration.

When the scan was successful, you'll be forwarded to the next page where you can enter your email address. Confirm your input by clicking the button "Register".

Almost done!

We've sent you an email with a link to complete your registration.

If you do not receive an email within the next 15 minutes, please contact our support team via support@firstbird.com.

As soon as you're back in the app, you will be asked for your

  • password,
  • first name, and
  • last name.

This information is mandatory to create a Firstbird account. Uploading a profile picture is optional. To proceed you have to accept the Terms of Use and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.

Next choose your matching

  • location and
  • department.

The selection lists you're choosing from have been created by your company. In case your specific location or department you work at is missing, please get in touch with your HR department.

At this stage of the registration process, you can select if you would like to set your Talent Scout account incognito. Incognito means you're not visible to other Talent Scouts. You can change your settings at any time under "My Settings". 

Done!

Click "Next" to finish the registration.

Manual registration

No QR code available or you don't want to use the QR code? No problem! Click the function "continue manually" (below the button "Scan QR code", enter the domain (the part before .1brd.com) of your company's Firstbird account and click the button "Register".

When you've entered in the right domain, you'll be forwarded to the next page where you can enter in your email address. Confirm your entry by clicking the button "Register".
