Select a Time Period

To filter your statistics for a certain time period, click at the calendar symbol top right and a new menu will appear. Next, choose a start and end date by clicking the specific day in the calendar (chosen day turns to yellow) or by entering a date manually (top left).

As soon as you have chosen a start and end date correctly, the button “Apply” turns yellow and you can confirm your selected time period by clicking on it.

If you would like to see your statistics just for a certain day, please double click the day in the calendar or enter manually the date in both fields.

Choose the department and/or location you’re looking for and the statistics on the violet bar will update automatically.

Published Jobs

This is the number of jobs published during the chosen time period for the location/department selected at the time of publishing.

Please note when filtering:

If you change the location or department of a previously published job, the job description will be updated; however, the statistical information will not be updated. Therefore, when you filter your jobs by location or department, bear in mind that the jobs will correlate with their original information.

The reason for this is that the information taken during the time of the event (for example, the publishing of a job) is the information that is stored and used for the relevant statistics, and therefore cannot be changed after the fact.

Shares

In this sum all share jobs (except link) are included.

Please note when filtering:

As soon as a user shares a job, the current location or department of the job is relevant for the statistics.

If a Talent Scout shares the job “Office ManagerIn” with the current location “Vienna”, and the location is changed later to “Berlin”, the share will then correlate with the original information (“Vienna”). The same goes for departments.

Referrals

This number includes all direct referrals (Talent Scouts refer a candidate).

Please note when filtering:

As soon as a user refers a candidate, the current location or department of the job is relevant for the statistics.

If a Talent Scout refers a candidate for the job “Office ManagerIn” with the current location “Vienna”, and the location is changed later to “Berlin”, the referral will correlate with the original information (“Vienna”). The same goes for departments.

Applications

In this sum, all candidates who applied through a shared job are included.

Please note when filtering:

As soon as an application arrives in Firstbird, the current location or department of the job is relevant for the statistics.

If a candidate applies for the job “Office ManagerIn” with the current location “Vienna”, and the location is changed later to “Berlin”, the application will correlate with the original information (“Vienna”). The same goes for departments.

Top Rated

This number includes all referrals and applications rated with 3 stars.

If you or a Recruiter change the 3-star rating to a 2-star (or 1-star) rating, the number at “Top Rated” will be scaled back.

Please note when filtering:

As soon as an application arrives in Firstbird, the current location or department of the job is relevant for the statistics.

If a candidate applies for the job “Office ManagerIn” with the current location “Vienna”, and the location is changed later to “Berlin”, the application will then correlate with the original information (“Vienna”). The same goes for departments.

Hires

In this sum, all hires via Firstbird are included. A deletion of an application has no impact to the counter.

Please note when filtering:

As soon as a candidate gets hired, the current location or department of the job is relevant for the statistics.

If a candidate gets hired for the job “Office ManagerIn” with the current location “Vienna”, and the location is changed later to “Berlin”, the hire will then correlate with the original information (“Vienna”). The same goes for departments.
