Change your Email Address

Where to find: Click on Company Name - My Settings - Login Details - Change your email address

In the event of your email address having changed, you can easily update it in Firstbird as following:

Log in Firstbird with your “old” email address, click on your name top right, choose “My Settings” in the drop down menu and go to “Log In Details”.

Under "Change your email address" you can see the email address that is currently stored in the system. Click on "Start the process" and enter your password in the "Password" field. Then confirm the changes with the "Log in" button. You can now enter your new email address and confirm it with the "Update email" button.

An email will then be sent to your "new" email address to confirm your change. You will then be automatically redirected to the "Log in page". 

Please note!

Your new email address will be active only after clicking the button “Confirm Email”. If you do not click the button, you have to log in to your account with your “old” email address.

Change your Password

Where to find: Click on Company Name - My Settings - Login Details - Change Your Password

We highly recommend that you change your password frequently (every 6-12 months), use different figures like numbers, symbols (!”?,-_), lower case and upper case letters, and do not use less than 6 figures. Please avoid passwords such as your favourite color, your name, hobby or your pet’s name.

To change your password in your Firstbird account, click on your name top right, choose “My Settings” and next “Log In Details”.

Under "Change Your Password" you can click on "Start the process" and you will be asked to enter your current password. You can now assign a "new password" and save it by clicking "Save password".

You will then be asked to log in to the account with your "new password".

In accordance with our security procedure, you will be automatically logged out from your Firstbird account.

Please note!

If you enter your password incorrectly five times in a row, your account will be temporarily blocked for security reasons. You can reset your password by clicking on 'Forgot your password’' in order to get access to your account again.
