Supported Browsers and Operating Systems by Firstbird

Firstbird was optimized for the following browsers:

  • Google Chrome Version 57 or higher
  • Mozilla Firefox Version 52 or higher
  • Microsoft Edge
  • Apple Safari 10.1 or higher (Mac only)
  • Opera 44 or higher
  • Microsoft IE Version 11

 

Firstbird2Go works on devices with following operating systems:

  •  Android 4.4 and higher
  • iOS 9.0 and higher

 

Please note!
You can't install Firstbird2Go on tablets.

 

Shifted view in your Firstbird Account

In the event of your view in your Firstbird account being shifted, your current browser needs an update.

Please take a closer look at the following link to learn more about for which browsers Firstbird was optimized.

If the shifted view still occurs after the update, please be so kind and send an email to support@firstbird.com with the following information:

  • Browser you are using
  • Version of your Browser

 

Firstbird will no longer support Internet Explorer versions 9 and 10

As of 01.07.2017, Firstbird will stop supporting Internet Explorer versions 9 and 10. Both these versions are no longer supported by Microsoft since January 2016. As a result they have stopped receiving security updates and bug fixes.

As the security updates have stopped, there is an increased risk of infection by malicious software. This creates a high security risk for end users. Please read more for detailed information.

If you are still using one of these Internet Explorer versions, we highly recommend you upgrade to version 11.
