Rewards

Reward Management

To get your Talent Scouts really engaged, you can offer rewards for successful referrals. Here, you can set the different rewards you would like to offer. A reward can be anything from money to vouchers or small presents.

Create a new Reward Plan

To add a new reward plan, click the button “+ Add Reward Plan”.

At the field “Name” (which is visible for the Talent Scout) you can enter either a non-monetary reward (for example: skydive) or an amount (example: 1,000€). The field “Value” is only visible for you as an Admin to help you to calculate your costs.

Before you’re done, don’t forget to choose a “Date of payment” by clicking the small arrow and choosing a date from the list.

Finally, click the button “Save Changes” when you’re satisfied with your new reward plan.

Existing rewards can be edited (Edit) or deleted (Edit - Delete) at any time.

Multiple Dates of Payment

In the case you would like to pay rewards multiple times, you can add several rewards at one reward plan with different dates of payment.

You can add a new reward plan by clicking the button “+Add Reward Plan”

At the field “Name” (which is visible for the Talent Scout) you can enter either a non-monetary reward (for example: skydive) or an amount (example: 1,000€). The field “Value” is only visible for you as an Admin to help you to calculate your costs.

Choose the first “Date of payment” (first day of employment) by clicking the small arrow and choosing a date from the list.

To add the next reward, click the function “+ Add reward”, enter the “Name” (for example: 500€) for the second reward and the “Value”. Choose the “Date of payment” (for example: 3 months after employment) for the second reward as well.

Finally, click the button “Save Changes” when you’re satisfied with your new reward plan.

Reward Reminder

As soon as a reward is due, we will send you, or the former responsible Recruiter, a reward reminder via email with all important information:

  • Name of Talent Scout
  • Name of Applicant
  • Amount of reward
  • Published job


Dispatch time of the reward email depends on your reward settings (date of transaction).

Reward Policy

Each participant of your referral program is able to view your reward policy in their settings (Name (top right) - drop down menu - Reward Policy) and learn more about the terms and conditions of a reward payment.

Edit your Reward Policy

Click on your name (top right), go to “Account Preferences” and next to “Rewards”. Scroll down until you see “Reward Policy”.

Before you start editing your Reward Policy, choose the language you would like to start with. Next move to the editor and add your Reward Policy by using "copy" (Ctrl +C) and "paste" (Ctrl + V).
Confirm your changes by clicking the button “Save changes” at the bottom of this page.

Please note!

To avoid disadvantage to any user, you should offer the Reward Policy in different languages in your Firstbird company account.

Where to find: Click on your Name (top right) - Account Preferences - Rewards

 

Tip for Editing

While copying texts from Microsoft Word to Firstbird, formatting problems may occur. In order to avoid them, please "paste" the copied text in an Editor first and then "copy" and "paste" the text from the Editor to Firstbird.
