Login Details

Change your Email Address

Where to find: Click on your Name (top right) - My Settings - Login Details

In the event of your email address having changed, you can easily update it in Firstbird as following:

Log in Firstbird with your “old” email address, click on your name top right, choose “My Settings” in the drop down menu and move to “Log In Details”.

Next to “Change your email address” you will see the current email address Firstbird is using. By clicking on "Start the Process" a new window will open up containing your current email address. By clicking "Log in" you now can enter your new email address in the field "New Email Address" and update it.

Furthermore, we will send an email to your new email address as well to ask you to activate your new address by clicking the button “Confirm Email”.

 Please note!

Your new email address will be active only after clicking the button “Confirm Email”. If you do not click the button, you have to log in to your account with your “old” email address.


Change your Password

Where to find: Click on your Name (top right) - My Settings - Login Details

We highly recommend that you change your password frequently (every 6-12 months), use different figures like numbers, symbols (!”?,-_), lower case and upper case letters, and do not use less than 6 figures. Please avoid passwords such as your favourite color, your name, hobby or your pet’s name.

To change your password in your Firstbird account, click on your name top right, choose “My Settings” and next “Log In Details”.

You can click on "Start the Process" and you will be asked to enter your current password. Now you can enter your "New Password" and confirm it with "Save Password".

Afterwards you will be asked to log in to the account with your "new password".

In accordance with our security procedure, you will be automatically logged out from your Firstbird account.

Please note!

If you enter your password incorrectly five times in a row, your account will be temporarily blocked for security reasons. You can reset your password by clicking on 'Forgot your password’' in order to get access to your account again.


Legal Terms

Each user, who wants to create an account at Firstbird, has to agree legal terms at the registration process. After successful account creation, you can check these legal terms any time at "Legal Terms" in the drop down menu (top right).
